Events

One of the founding principles of the World Association was to contribute to the support and growth of the person-centered and experiential approach in psychotherapy and counselling.  To do that, connection is key so our hope is that our website can serve as an information portal regarding PC&E events the world over, be they online or in person.

Athens, Greece

16th PCE Conference

PCE 2024 was originally due to be hosted by colleagues in Ukraine. As this is not currently possible, at the GA in Copenhagen, July 2022, colleagues from Greece offered to host in Athens, and the GA voted to accept this offer with the proviso of a full proposal being submitted to the WA Board.

The proposal has now been accepted and our next biennial conference will be Athens, Greece, 9th - 13th September 2024.

Person - Paideia - Politeia: The Development of the Person of the PCE Therapist

Following the findings of the e-Delphi panel conducted and presented by David Murphy and Niels Bagge in the PCE 2022 congress, we are aiming in organizing the scientific content around the education, the training, the supervision and the lifelong- creation of the PCE therapist in our communities. Responding to the needs expressed by the participants of the research regarding the strategic development of the PCE Approach.
